The Chamber of Commerce is run by a Directors Committee made up of nine active members whose membership fees are up to date. Its proceedings are ruled the articles (By-Laws) of the constitution of this Organization. The Chamber reserves a honorary seat for a representative of the Argentine Consulate in Chicago . The Directors Committee approves the different commissions that are formed within the Chamber and authorizes the participation of all those members willing to be part of the operational committees.
